Recent events in America's justice and legal system which indicates deficiencies in our democratic way of life indicates we take a stand for transparency in all legal proceedings. What happened to Sandra Bland is a prime example of an incident which if not confronted can only lead to diminishing democracy.

1. All arraignment proceedings must be videotaped.
2. All persons who are charged with a felony and specifically
persons with a first time alleged offense require a court appointed attorney or
their own attorney at any arraignment. The prosecutor must present all videos
of the incident during the arraignment with a copy for the defense attorney.
