Title of Bill: Multi-use and Harmful Chemical Drug Disclosure

1.        Whereas  according to the national institute of health 1.9 million persons who go to the hospital for care suffer some type of preventable harm that contributes to their death (in US and UK 328,000 patients).

2.     Whereas for the first time in the US, more people were killed by drugs than  by motor vehicle accidents.

3.     Whereas the medical community is to disclose how blood-thinning medications are made such as those made from a combination of rat poison (warfarin) and pig intestines.

4.    Whereas the medical community must disclose chemicals such as those used in such treatment as chemotherapy (mustard gas).

5.     Whereas the patient's signature must appear on a medical form documenting medial  disclosure of side effects, prohibited behavior, chemicals used for pesticide purposes or other industrial purposes and the current cure rate/death rate.
