3. Crime Prevention Collaboration 

Collaboration between police and communities is instituted in every zip code.

Community leaders can provide insights into issues and work with police to address the root causes of violence. Community members can provide valuable insights into local issues, helping police identify and address the root causes of crime and disorder. 

Collaboration includes installation of surveillance throughout the area, crime maps, multiple meetings to discuss safety practices. Implementation of strategies to reduce recidivism, engaging youth, addressing mental health issues.

An effective police department doesn't have high arrest stats; its community has low crime rates.

Non Lethal Weapons innovation which includes tools such as  conducted energy weapons, pepper spray, tasers, stun guns, bean bag rounds, rubber bullets, 40mm less lethal ammo, taser projectile. And extensive use of Artificial Intelligence.

Police Training Expanding to Three to Four Years

To stop the violence we begin with expanding police training from 21 months to three to four years (degree program}. We will use the training used by the country of Norway.  This country has no police killings and no killings of police.  

We will eliminate use of lethal force and replace it with mandatory use of innovative non-lethal weapons. We will also develop high level protective gear for police officers. Forward movements consist of developing futuristic AI tools that protect the police officer, prevent crime and modernize police processes.

Stop Messaging Violence

To stop the violence our organization https://www.brimingwith.org/ plans to lead the charge to end violent messaging (repeal laws such as use of lethal force, stand your ground).  These laws promote devaluing life, leading promotion of poor policing, relationships, values and poor training/education.

NO QUOTAS

Quotas are quantitative goals for police persons such as number of tickets, citations, arrests, or other measurable activities on a given day or month.  Police evaluations will be judged on crime prevention behaviors that lead to increased safety and crime deterrence. Evaluations will be based on the prevention activities leading to lowering and eliminating crime.

Stop The Violence

  Crime Prevention/Stopping the Violence

At the core of stopping violence in our community is crime prevention. Added to all police departments are crime prevention officers who collaborates and work with civic groups,schools, businesses is a solution for lower crime rates

 The group will implement environmental design to prohibit crime as well as  AI self patrol, lighting, fencing, Audio CCTV and surveillance signage.

 Offering mandatory school classes for students of all ages on how not to commit crimes under a course called Government and Law is a solution.  

Informing students/parents of barrier crimes which prohibit people from working certain jobs is a solution.  Life management classes, emotional intelligence, self management classes, career classes, financial literacy classes in schools and in prisons contribute to lowering crime rates
