Police Training Expanding to Three to Four Years
To stop the violence we begin with expanding police training from 21 months to three to four years (degree program}. We will use the training used by the country of Norway. This country has no police killings and no killings of police.
We will eliminate use of lethal force and replace it with mandatory use of innovative non-lethal weapons. We will also develop high level protective gear for police officers.
